Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t believe in shipping fees, this is a community for everyone around the world. This is why every. single. order. will be shipped for free.
Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. You can find your order number and tracking link in the order confirmation email.
Changes in the shipping address can be made as long as the order has not been shipped. For any changes in shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until the weekday. Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.

CANADA: 10 to 15 days
USA*: 10 to 15 days
UK: 10 to 15 days
AUS: 10 to 15 days
EU: 10 to 20 days
Rest of World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.
*Hawaii and Guam will take longer ~30 days There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).
It may take 2 or 3 days to see your shipping update. If you don't see any changes within 5 business days after shipping confirmation, please email us with your order number in the subject line.
Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman, concierge, or a neighbour who accepted the package in your absence. Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours. After the delivery has occurred, please contact us with your order number in the subject line.
Report missing packages within a week of delivery confirmation. We are not liable for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address is correct.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order is confirmed.
This is a 3D printed accessory, please be gentle with it. It is designed to fit exactly to the size of Airpods Max and is very easy to install in just one click.
When you successfully place an order, we will send a confirmation email along with your order number. Make sure to check your spam/promotions folders. If you placed your order with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with your Apple ID.
Modifications can be made to items as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us with your order number.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return the item for store credit within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. Return & exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging so that it is in a saleable condition. Meanie reserves the right to reject any returning product that does not comply with the aforementioned policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address, and customers will be responsible for the additional shipping and duties fees.
Once we receive the returned products and check the conditions of the products, if they are in perfect condition. The corresponding refund will be made, which you will receive within 1 to 3 business days in the form of store credit. In the case of exchanges, the new shipment of the exchanged products will be processed the next business day.
